Replacement & Exchange

7-Day Replacement Policy We operate a strictly replacement-only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or replacement. We do not offer monetary refunds.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Replacement To start a replacement request, you can contact us at karmawears.official@gmail.com.

If your replacement request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Please note that items will need to be sent to the following address: G-403 , Panchdev residency, mota varachha, Surat , Surat, GJ, 394101, IN.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending you a brand-new replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items Certain types of items cannot be replaced, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements on sale items or gift cards. All sales on these items are final.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days. Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we will ship out the new item to you.

Refunds We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All sales are final. In the event that a replacement item is out of stock, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
